Remote Senior Cyber Risk Manager

In this role, you will lead critical projects related to cybersecurity and risk management, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with regulatory frameworks. Your contributions will directly support diverse clients in enhancing their security posture and navigating complex compliance requirements. Collaborating cross-functionally, youll coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong client relationships. This position is pivotal in driving excellence in project delivery and meeting client expectations across various cybersecurity initiatives. Accountabilities • Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and clients • Manage schedules, resources, and budgets using established project management methodologies • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with security best practices • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including PCI DSS and SOC 2 • Identify project and security risks early and collaborate with technical teams on mitigation strategies • Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong client experience Requirements • 35+ years of project management experience • Cybersecurity or Information Security experience (non-negotiable) • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Mavenlink, Monday, or similar platforms • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment • Ability to work independently • Must be able to travel within the United States (non-negotiable) • Must be U.S.-based Benefits • Unlimited flex vacation • Paid parental leave • 401(k) with 100% employer match • Medical, dental, vision coverage • Professional development & certification reimbursement • Remote-first culture Why Apply Through Jobgether?
