They are seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to provide expert guidance to customers, develop relationships, and assist in the successful adoption of their products.ResponsibilitiesProvide daily expert guidance to existing customersDevelop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teamsProactively guide customers through their architectural and product setup and decisionsTroubleshoot and solve complex situations collaborating with Developers and Field EngineersContribute to Solo.io projects by submitting issues, pull requests, and documentationStay current with fast-moving additions to Solo.io products and related technologies to retain domain expertise and credibilityManage stressful situations with calm professionalism, empathy, and compassionActively engage with the Solo.io community and related open source projects to foster adoption and grow external contributionsSkillsAt least two years of hands-on experience with KubernetesWorking knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js or related, modern programming languageAbility to dig into code to troubleshootStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompany OverviewSolo.io delivers cloud-native API and service mesh solutions, built on Istio and Envoy, to secure and scale apps across any environment.
