We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2). As a key member of our ServicePlus team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Indiana Medicaid members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
About the Role:
The Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2) will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service and support to Indiana Medicaid members via inbound and outbound calls
Managing a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting members with inquiries related to their Medicaid coverage, benefits, and enrollment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and documentation
Transferring calls to the client's call center as appropriate

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
Knowledge of Medicaid and experience with Artiva software (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
