[Remote] Senior CRM Consultant (Texas)

They are seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to serve as a technical leader and client-facing consultant, responsible for CRM solution design, implementation, and client engagement. Responsibilities β’ Design and implement CRM solutions on Creatio for enterprise clients, with exposure to BI/Analytics and EPM practice areas β’ Support senior leadership as a trusted advisor to mid-level and senior stakeholders on CRM strategy and customer experience optimization β’ Contribute to business development through technical expertise in CRM best practices and solution design β’ Manage individual CRM workstreams and smaller engagements while maintaining quality and delivery standards β’ Collaborate with and learn from Principal Consultants, developing technical excellence in CRM technologies and professional skills β’ Contribute to the evolution of our CRM service offerings, methodologies, and technical capabilities β’ Support firm representation at industry events, conferences, and client presentations focused on CRM and customer experience topics Skills β’ Extensive CRM solution delivery experience, from requirements through to deployment β’ Prior experience in a CRM-focused consulting / professional services environment β’ Experience with CRM data migration, integration, and basic analytics initiatives β’ Exposure to marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs) β’ Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and interest in business development within CRM domain β’ Awareness of AI/ML trends and their applications in CRM, customer analytics, and marketing automation β’ Strong expertise in custom development on a major CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Oracle CX, Creatio) β’ Experience in CRM integrations using APIs, middleware, and .NET applications β’ Proficiency with C# and .NET frameworks for CRM integrations and custom solutions β’ Solid technical skills including SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and database architectures β’ Familiarity with complementary BI/Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics) and EPM solutions β’ Bachelor's degree in STEM field or business β’ 3-5 years of consulting or industry experience in CRM solutions and customer experience optimization β’ Master's degree preferred Benefits β’ Competitive salary β’ Remote work flexibility β’ Professional development opportunities β’ Exposure to cutting-edge CRM technologies β’ Collaboration with industry leaders Company Overview β’ Technology Recruitment Company It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in London, England, GBR, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
