[Remote] Senior Consultant – Pharmacy Data Management & Analytics

The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in migrating pharmacy transaction standards and managing various aspects of data compliance, mapping, and analytics.ResponsibilitiesServe as the SME for migration from NCPDP D.0 to NCPDP F6 for US pharmacy transactionsValidate NCPDP F6 compliance, transaction routing, and telecommunication standardsCreate and maintain crosswalks, data maps, and business rules for D.0 to F6 conversionLead UAT, compliance validation, and testing of inbound/outbound F6 transaction feedsManage supplier re-onboarding for pharmacies, PBMs, switch vendors, and external data providersConduct technical working sessions with vendor IT teams to resolve transmission errors, layout rejections, connectivity issues, and cutover challengesMonitor SLAs related to data quality, submission timeliness, and supplier migration progressBuild dashboards and analytics to track transaction volumes, rejection rates, data quality, and migration healthPerform root-cause analysis on claims drops, mapping failures, data anomalies, and transaction errorsPartner with data engineering teams to optimize schemas, ETL pipelines, and ingestion processes for F6 data payloadsSkills7+ years of experience in US healthcare data management, pharmacy claims, PBM operations, or pharmacy switch networksHands-on experience with NCPDP Telecommunication Standards, especially D.0 to F6 migrationStrong understanding of pharmacy telecommunication compliance, claim routing, and EDI protocolsExperience with supplier/vendor re-onboarding in a regulated healthcare or pharma environmentStrong SQL skills and experience working with data analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience analyzing raw telecom transaction strings, log files, rejection files, and claim transmission dataAbility to translate technical NCPDP specifications into business and technical requirementsExperience working with PBMs, pharmacies, switch vendors, and external data suppliersFamiliarity with major US pharmacy switch vendors such as RelayHealth, Surescripts, or similar platformsStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendorsExperience with F6 certification/testing environmentsPrior experience leading pharmacy data modernization or transaction migration programsStrong background in data quality, migration dashboards, transaction monitoring, and compliance reportingExperience in pharma, healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy technology environmentsCompany OverviewAcunor is an IT management company that offers staffing services including analytics, cloud, digital transformation, and data engineering.
