[Remote] Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Talent and Learning - U.S. or Canada

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, serving as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Talent modules and collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDriving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live supportServing as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Talent modules - such as Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review - as well as Oracle Learning, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and compliance trackingPartnering closely with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to translate talent and learning strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practicesFacilitating design workshops, managing testing cycles, and resolving functional issuesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR and other HCM modulesSupporting reporting and analytics needs, and developing documentation and training materialsMentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of talent development and workforce enablement solutionsSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinkingStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsCanadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as neededBenefitsEligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation programEligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programsCompany OverviewHuron is a global professional services firm that collaborates with organizations to solve complex challenges and achieve ambitious goals.
