[Remote] Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding - U.S. or Canada

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.ResponsibilitiesDriving the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live supportServing as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding, including requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offer and hiring processes, onboarding journeys, and preboarding workflowsPartnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practicesFacilitating design workshops, supporting testing cycles, and resolving functional issuesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modulesSupporting reporting and analytics needs, and developing documentation and training materialsMentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of end-to-end candidate lifecycle and onboarding experience solutionsSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinkingStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsCanadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as neededBenefitsEligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation programEligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programsCompany OverviewHuron is a global professional services firm that collaborates with organizations to solve complex challenges and achieve ambitious goals.
