[Remote] Senior Consultant - LIMS

The role involves supporting the implementation of Veeva Quality solutions, managing customer projects, and ensuring customer success throughout the software implementation process. Responsibilities • Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through the assessment and review of new features • Manage customer projects by ensuring that we are meeting the scope as outlined by customers, and ensure all escalations are managed to benefit customer success • Support customers in the adoption of new features through conducting workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions • Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions • Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond • Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices Skills • 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems • Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions • Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment • Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation • Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25% Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays • Retirement programs • 1% charitable giving program Company Overview • Veeva Systems Inc. is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry.
