The Senior Consultant EPM plays a key role in transforming financial and operational planning processes for customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring successful implementation of EPM solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as EPM point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, providing strategic and conceptual guidance to customers, partners, and internal teamsCollaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with C-level, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business objectives into Jedox solutions and support organizational change processesDevelop customized EPM concepts: Design customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts aligned with business needs and best practicesLead design & requirement workshops: Convert business needs into scalable, actionable solution designs by leading structured design and requirements workshopsDrive end-to-end implementation: Ensure that drive solutions are implemented successfully, providing measurable business value and sustainable customer adoptionManage complex project landscapes: Use modern project management tools to manage complex, parallel project workstreams, including timelines, resources, risks, quality and transparent documentationShape solution architecture: Contribute to scalable Jedox solution architectures and influence product development through structured customer feedback and innovation inputCoach and mentor consultants: Support junior consultants and work closely with the Go-To-Market teams, in line with the #OneTeam and customer success culturesSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field5+ years' experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business departmentStrong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholdersExperience with software that supports collaborative FP&A or other EPM processesProject management experience or experience of working in a Scrum teamStrong service orientation and collaborative working styleCollegial, open and down-to-earth personalityProficiency in the English language is essentialBenefitsFlexible work: we love to work together in the offices as #Oneteam, but we also enjoy the possibility of working from everywhere and owning working hours.Take time to care for yourself: We offer generous vacation time and comprehensive health benefits plans, including Pension plans.Plan for your future: Planning means something different to everyone.
