The role focuses on providing expertise in digital strategy, transformation, and program management to improve health journeys for consumers, patients, and providers.ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise in product management, strategy, and digital transformation Best PracticesProvide guidance for moving multiple stakeholder teams toward an Agile Product methodology business modelProvide advice as needed on portfolio & project intake, prioritization, organizational design, team/role changes, business rhythms changes, meeting cadence changes, etcAssist in executing a digital roadmap by removing blockers and supporting strategic initiativesAssess efficacy of current programs, identify gaps, and propose solutionsSolve ambiguous problems, drive escalation and issue resolution, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks that impede progressDetermine resource gaps and work with leadership to address gapsCollaborate and liaise with senior management, IT, operations, subject matter experts, UX, other product teams, external partners, and business development partners as needed as the company transforms to an agile Product Delivery Operating ModelEnsure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving productive discussions that surface conflicts of interest and that lead to clear decisions and paths forwardSkillsHealthcare technology and EHR system experience15+ years Program Management, Digital Transformation, Vision and Strategy developmentDeep knowledge of Content/Product/Search management systems, digital maintenance and operations processes, knowledge management systems, search, mobile, personalization engines, data modeling and master file management, workflow modeling, business process re-engineering, digital asset management, vendor negotiations, relationship managementKnowledge and a passion for emerging technologies and how they empower businesses to deliver great productsProven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive progress forwardProven strategic thinking and ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn what's necessary to succeedAbility to lead change and adapt quickly to changing business landscapeAbility to assume ownership in an atmosphere of ambiguity, act on own initiative, and be proactiveAbility to build relationships & foster partnerships across multiple disciplinesStrong team management, leadership, and coaching skillsExperience in financial services, retail or healthcare a plus, but more important is the ability to learn fast, ask questions, and solve problemsCompany OverviewNordic Global is an information technology company.
