They are seeking a Senior Consultant to manage user access governance, lifecycle management, and incident resolution while ensuring compliance with audit requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage periodic user access recertifications through SailPointEnsure compliance with access governance policies and audit requirementsReview and validate access rights across systemsHandle end-to-end IAM lifecycle including: Access provisioning, Deprovisioning, Role modificationsMaintain accuracy and integrity of access dataSupport resolution of access-related incidentsPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findingsCoordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of incidentsExecute BAU activities for IAM operationsCollaborate with internal teams for onboarding, offboarding, and access changesProvide regular reporting and updates to stakeholdersParticipate in audit reviews, quality assurance checks, and remediation activitiesIdentify gaps and implement corrective actionsPerform data cleanup and validation activitiesSupport data analysis initiatives as part of a large banking transformation programWork on improving data quality and governance standardsSkillsExperience: 4–9 YearsHands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ or IdentityNow)Strong understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, access governance, SoD, etc.)Experience in access certification and lifecycle managementExperience in handling incidents, audits, and compliance requirementsGood analytical and stakeholder communication skillsExposure to banking / financial services domain preferredBenefitsVARITE offers a Candidate Referral program, where you'll receive a one-time referral bonus based on the following scale if the referred candidate completes a three-month assignment with VARITE.Experience Level Bonus Referral:
