[Remote] Senior Configuration Analyst

Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, testing, and implementation of MyChart solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance digital healthcare capabilities and ensure operational stability and successful go-live readiness.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain MyChart workflows including Care Companion, video visits, and campaignsGather and translate business and clinical requirements into configuration specificationsFacilitate design sessions to support compliant and user-focused digital experiencesAnalyze change requests and recommend scalable, standardized configuration solutionsMaintain configuration documentation, testing evidence, and decision recordsDevelop and execute system testing and support end-to-end validation activitiesSupport UAT execution, defect resolution, and business approval processesCoordinate configuration, testing, defect management, and release activities with project teamsSupport go-live readiness, cutover planning, and operational deployment activitiesIdentify root causes and recommend process or configuration improvements to enhance adoption and reduce reworkSkillsMust obtain Epic certification within 60 days of completing training; travel may be requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, Medicare, or Medicaid environments1 year + experience supporting MyChart or Epic digital patient engagement workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insightsEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and organizational levelsEpic Healthy Planet Fundamentals for Health Plans Certification or Healthy Planet LinkWorking knowledge and experience in healthcare systemsExperience in user provisioningEPIC analyst certification/accreditations as they related to business functions (utilization management, care management, etc.…)Previous experience operating in electronic health records (such as Epic, Cerner, etc.…)Experience building digital capabilitiesBenefitsThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
