[Remote] Senior Cloud Security Engineer

The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will lead various information security functions, assess and implement security controls in a multi-cloud environment, and collaborate with technology teams to ensure compliance with security standards.ResponsibilitiesServe as a cloud security subject matter expert by providing guidance on industry best practices and defense in-depth strategiesProven experience with deploying security controls in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)Create security and operational controls to enforce various aspects of Reltio’s security policiesWork with the respective functional teams and stakeholders to resolve security related configuration issuesPerform technical risk assessments of new technology and ensure the solution meets secure architecture designsAssess and measure risk impact of a security deficiency and communicate the risk or risks to stakeholdersProactively identify issues and recommend configuration settings or supporting solutions to mitigate security deficienciesSkills5+ years of experience implementing security solutionsStrong cybersecurity background and knowledgeUnderstanding of cyber threat vectors and countermeasuresUnderstanding of Linux/Unix and Windows platformsUnderstanding of Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud SecurityUnderstanding of networking (WAN, LAN, wLAN), network domains (Internet, intranet, DMZ), communication techniques/protocols (IP and others), and their combined effects on network and host systems securityStrong knowledge of industry standard security technology: anti-virus & anti-malware, SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanning, DLP, firewall, IDS/IPS, etcStrong experience with scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)Experience with industry frameworks such as SOC1/SOC2, HITRUST, ISOSolid understanding of audit methodologies and processesExperience working with virtual teams in a global environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAdaptable and agileGood interpersonal, partnership, and leadership skills (without direct authority of others)Experience developing and operationalizing a vulnerability management programExperience working with container-based architecturesSecurity and Cloud certificationsBenefitsReltio was founded on a distributed workforce and offers flexible work arrangements to help our people manage their personal and professional lives.Company OverviewReltio powers real-time data intelligence and AI transformation with enterprise-grade security and governance.
