[Remote] Senior Clinical Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the operational oversight and execution of global oncology clinical trials, ensuring timely and compliant study delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day management of one or more global Phase I–III oncology clinical trialsDevelop and maintain study timelines, budgets, forecasts, and operational plansManage CROs, vendors, and external service providers, ensuring performance against study objectivesDrive study start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout activitiesIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate cross-functional study team meetings and provide regular project updates to leadershipReview key study metrics, enrollment trends, and site performance dataEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsSupport inspection readiness activities and participate in audits as requiredCollaborate with Clinical Development and Medical teams to achieve program milestonesSkillsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline; advanced degree preferred8+ years of clinical operations experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environmentsProven experience managing oncology clinical trialsStrong understanding of global clinical trial execution and ICH-GCP regulationsExperience managing CROs and multiple external vendorsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech environmentExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skillsExperience using CTMS, EDC, and other clinical trial management systemsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesAdvanced degree preferredBenefitsFlexible hybrid working modelCompetitive hourly compensationPotential for extension beyond the initial 12-month contract based on business needs and performanceDedicated support from Hays throughout the recruitment process and contract assignmentCompany OverviewHays is more than just recruitment & selection for both large multinationals and local entrepreneurs.
