The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within a group of accounts across the Financial Services industry, driving business growth and client management for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, develop go-to-market sales plans to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth, including net new account acquisitionDrive the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure. Proactively create opportunities, build and maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual order booking and revenue targetsMarket making - Leverage marketing led activities to drive brand differentiation and awareness both in existing clients as well as prospectsManage strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, positioning Simplus as a preferred partner for digital and Salesforce-led transformationCreate and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with Salesforce and client teams, aligning on business priorities, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving joint value realization through roadmap planningPartner with Infosys Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify qualified opportunities, managing all pre-sales activities end-to-endLeverage industry and client insights to collaborate with solution leaders in designing tailored Salesforce offerings and go-to-market plays that address specific industry and account needsDrive co-sell with Salesforce by partnering with Account Executives, Regional VPs, and Partner Sales Managers to execute joint pursuits, and accelerate ACV growth across Financial Services accountsSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceUnderstanding of the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutionsTrack record of interacting with and building relationships with C-level client contactsExperience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing dealsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
