[Remote] Senior Client Delivery Project Manager (Member Services Contact Center) - Remote

The Senior Client Delivery Project Manager will establish and direct project work-teams to successfully plan, develop, test, and implement projects while ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLeads and manages the project implementation lifecycle to deliver multiple projects and initiativesDelivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors.
