They are seeking a Senior Client Accountant responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client account management.ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting servicesFinancial reporting and analysis with recommendations to clientsDaily client bookkeeping managing A/R, A/P, Sales, CR and DisbursementsMonthly client reconciliations of vendor, bank, and credit card statementsBalance sheet accounts i.e.: petty cash, payroll liabilities and loansProcessing and posting client PayrollMonth-end closing, reporting, and processingTax compliance, assisting with documentation and preparation for filingSkillsFull-Cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting for multi-entity/multi-location clientsA minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle Cash and Accrual accounting experienceExperience supporting Home Services Businesses (the trades i.e.: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscape, pest control, etc.)Must have exceptional QuickBooks Online AND Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup)EOS experience highly desiredExperience with Billable hoursCost of GoodsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or combination of education and strong experience)End-to-End transactional bookkeeping with strong financial reporting and analysis experienceAI and Technology Proficiency: This role requires the regular use of AI‑enabled tools to enhance productivity and support decision‑making.
