[Remote] Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Analyst

They are looking for a Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Analyst to enhance partner operations and provide actionable insights for revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn partner pipeline and revenue reporting, serving as the single source of truth for partner performance dataDefine and maintain partner attribution metrics, including sourced, influenced, and co-sell motions, in alignment with Sales and FinanceBuild and maintain standardized partner scorecards covering pipeline generation, revenue, win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and forecast accuracyIntegrate partner pipeline into weekly and monthly forecasting cadences and surface risks and upside to leadershipSupport annual planning with partner contribution modeling and ROI analysisMeasure effectiveness and ROI of partner programs, MDF investments, and enablement initiativesPartner with Partner Operations to drive data quality, governance, and consistent use of partner-related fields and definitionsDevelop automated dashboards and exception reporting to proactively identify gaps or inconsistenciesDeliver executive-ready insights and recommendations that inform partner prioritization and investment decisionsSkills5+ years of experience in Channel Operations and Channel programs in addition to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related roleAdvanced experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar)Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect data to revenue outcomesProven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadersExperience supporting forecasting, planning, and performance reporting for revenue teamsHigh attention to detail and a strong data governance mindsetComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Partner teamsAbility to challenge assumptions and advocate for data-driven decisions with confidenceBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401k (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Company OverviewKeeper Security is transforming cybersecurity for millions of individuals and thousands of organizations globally.
