[Remote] Senior Change Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elire is a Minneapolis-based consulting firm looking to expand its team with an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant. This role involves leading change management efforts for large-scale ERP and HCM software transformation projects, developing strategies, communication plans, and training materials to ensure effective user engagement and adoption.ResponsibilitiesLead the change management effort for ERP and HCM enterprise software projects from planning through executionDrive strategy discussions with client stakeholders, influence outcomes, and recommend realistic, effective ways to reach different user groupsBuild and maintain a detailed change plan that includes communications, training, readiness, and user engagement activitiesManage a small internal team of training and communications specialists, and collaborate with client-side change or HR/Finance resourcesWork closely with technical and functional project staff to understand system changes and how they affect end usersOwn your deliverables, timeline, and scope while staying in alignment with the larger implementation teamDevelop and deliver clear, high-quality materials including training content, executive updates, and user guidanceMonitor adoption, identify and report potential issues, and adjust plans as neededOffer feedback and improvements to our change methodology to keep it practical and effectiveMentor and support junior change management staffSkills7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or training and communications roles5+ years working on enterprise software projects (ERP, HCM, or similar)Strong knowledge of Human Resources and/or Accounting business processesComfortable speaking with executives, frontline staff, and technical teams alikeStrong organizational skills and the ability to both work independently and manage othersClear writing and presentation skills—able to explain complex ideas in simple termsFamiliarity with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter), and a willingness to apply them flexibly according to contract-specific requirementsDemonstrated experience working with government agencies, federally funded institutions, or other mission-driven, policy-governed environmentsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plusYou may reside anywhere in the United StatesUS Citizen RequiredLegally able to work for any employer in the USAbility to occasionally travel to client sitesBackground check required (Federal suitability standards); security clearance not requiredChange management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, PMP with change focus)Experience working on PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, or similar platformsExperience in federal or public sector transformation initiativesBackground in training development, communications, or adult learningExperience with supplemental tools (Canva, Smartsheet, Visio, MS Project)Company OverviewElire is a Minneapolis based full-service software consulting firm created from the merging of several successful software consulting firms.
