[Remote] Senior CAPPS HR/Payroll Functional Analyst / Systems Analyst

The State of Texas CPA (Comptroller's Office) is seeking a highly experienced Senior CAPPS HR/Payroll Functional Analyst to support the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program.
