The Senior Campaign Design Analyst is responsible for executing audience design and list selection activities within assigned business segments, ensuring effective delivery of marketing campaigns using relational databases and technologies.ResponsibilitiesServes as an expert executing marketing campaigns leveraging relational databases and technologiesResponsible for recommending and designing campaigns that maximize system performance while fully utilizing system functionalityUnderstands the underlying data and all steps within a selection process to ensure accurate execution against business requirementsIndependently performs all audience selection work assigned by Campaign Design Lead or Manager to a high degree of accuracy while maintaining delivery targetsResearches and resolves business and/or data questions in selection process design and resultsResponds to and solves complex issues and incidents efficientlyConducts peer reviews and provides feedback (QA) on work executed by other Campaign Designers in pre-production and production environmentsExecutes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on IT enablement and lifecycle management work as neededMay lead, plan and coordinate initiatives cross-functionally to ensure campaign results and timelines are metUses knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements and influence decisions that may impact cross functional areasDevelops training and process documentation, keeping up-to-date on a routine basisMentors and trains Jr and new team members as neededCompletes all assigned training and obtains required system certifications within time requiredSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related analytical work experience7+ years experience in the direct response industry with an emphasis on data analysis and campaign (audience) development across direct mail, email and digital audiencesProven experience working with relational databases and demonstrated strong analytical skillsExpertise in the following applications: MS-SQL, Campaign Management, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Microsoft ExcelUnica Campaign Designer or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certified (must begin certification within 12 months of hire)Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to work in a project-oriented, diverse team environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively and independently in a time sensitive environmentAbility to analyze multiple sources of information to define problems and recommend solutionsAbility to think creatively to achieve desired resultsKnowledge of Adobe WorkfrontBenefitsAn annual incentive (bonus) planMedicalDentalVisionEmployee assistance programLife insuranceDisability plansParental leavePaid time off401kTuition reimbursementFlexible workplace that allows for work-life balanceCareer growthRetirement assistanceFlexibility, including working in a place you preferHybrid workingCompany OverviewTruStage is an insurance service provider company.
