[Remote] Senior Business Solutions Analyst (Pension Administration)

Sagitec Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to work closely with systems development teams, architects, and client stakeholders in the pension vertical. The role involves leading business and system analysis efforts, defining and improving business analysis practices, and ensuring quality governance across Sagitec implementations.ResponsibilitiesParticipate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solutionParticipate in or lead design and configuration reviews across projects to ensure consistency and qualityLead meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and confirm business requirements for solution configurationFacilitate meetings with Sagitec and client team participantsPerform functional analysis of the client’s current business process and supporting documentationConvert business requirements to system capabilities and product configurationsRetain responsibility for creation of business analysis deliverables and product configuration designs, including integrations across modulesSupport development teams in configuration of the product and the development of product customizationsCommunicate effectively with technical resources for continued implementation of the solutionDevelop test strategy for assigned modules and support preparation of test cases and associated deliverablesCreate and load test data into database tables using advanced MS Excel spreadsheets, macros, or queriesTest product configurations and customizationsSupport end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production support activities as neededParticipate in the creation of training materials and conduct training activities for end usersExecute production rollout activitiesMonitor progress and provide status reports to Sagitec managementRetain responsibility for delivery of module functionality and solution throughout all SDLC phasesTravel to client locations may be requiredFlexibility to work across different time zones as neededSkillsMinimum of 7+ years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst / Solution Analyst role for design, development, and implementation of large-scale software/product solutionsExperience evaluating business requirements and working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical analysts (TAs) to translate requirements into product configurationsExperience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and UI prototype creationStrong understanding of entity relationships and database schemaExperience with SQL and querying data structuresAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, macros, or data handling activitiesProven ability to define task plans, manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlinesExperience with multiple implementation methodologies (e.g., AGILE, waterfall)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on defining solutions for root causesExperience facilitating meetings and presenting to technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to manage client expectationsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively within teamsStrong preference for experience with pension administration or benefit claim systemsExperience with CASE tools including rules engine and business intelligenceExperience with Microsoft Azure DevOps™Experience with product implementations and product configurationCBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA certificationBenefits401(k) plan with company matchHealth, Dental & Vision insuranceCompany Paid Group Life InsuranceCompany Paid Short and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life InsuranceFlexible spending accountPaid time offCompany HolidaysFloating HolidaysEmployee assistance programReferral programCompany OverviewSagitec is a leading software platform and solutions provider, specializing in serving customers focused on solving complex, business-rule-driven problems.
