[Remote] Senior Business Process Analyst, Revenue Operations

They are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to enhance the Lead-to-Cash journey by documenting workflows and identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve processes.ResponsibilitiesMap current-state workflows across the Lead-to-Cash journey end to end. Document every manual step, decision point, and exception rule that lives in people’s heads todayPartner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify automation and systems improvement opportunities. Own the requirements documentation that hands off cleanly to Salesforce admins, IT, and engineeringWork alongside operational leaders across the revenue lifecycle to prioritize improvements and track execution. Be the person they trust to turn ideas into actionable specsBuild and maintain a process documentation library: SOPs, swimlane diagrams, and exception registers that turn tribal knowledge into institutional knowledgeTranslate between business and technical teams. Take “this is how we do it” and turn it into “this is what the system needs to do.”Track and report on process health: manual touchpoints, error rates, cycle time, and downstream quality. Make the invisible visibleSkills5 to 7 years in business process analysis, business systems analysis, or revenue/sales operationsDirect experience with Lead-to-Cash processes, from lead capture and qualification through deal structuring, billing, and provisioning. You have lived inside the messy middle of how SaaS revenue actually gets processedSalesforce fluency at the analyst or power-user level. You can write requirements an admin can build from, even if you are not an admin yourselfWorking knowledge of Lucid chart, Miro, Visio, or comparable process documentation toolsStrong written communication. You can produce requirements document a developer can act on without follow-up meetingsDiplomatic directness.
