[Remote] Senior Business Operations Analyst

Salsify is a key leader in the industry scaling core commerce infrastructure and is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to support financial operations and reporting processes across the Global Services Team. This role will manage financial recognition and forecasting while collaborating with finance and services teams to drive efficiency and fuel company growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee the key inputs and measures for the financial recognition and forecast, ensuring all process and system controls are strictly followedPartner with cross-functional teams to execute the financial close, budgeting and reporting processesManage and maintain financial models to provide scenario-based analysis and cost modeling supportImprove the efficiency and presentation of financial reports and key metrics by leveraging BI and other toolsTranslate complex financial concepts and data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive performance improvements in Professional ServicesBuild analytics and dashboards and facilitate the presentation and review of customer performance metrics on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadencesProactively monitor and maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
