They are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence / Analytics Developer to deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a healthcare analytics environment, collaborating with stakeholders to transform data into insights.ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to all phases of the BI development lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, data analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, scheduling, and technical documentationDesign, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Enterprise Data Warehouse and Epic Cogito toolsPartner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand data meaning, clinical workflows, and analytics use cases across the healthcare enterprisePerform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability for downstream reporting and analyticsServe as a senior contributor in an Epic Cogito analytics environment, supporting Clarity and Caboodle data models and enterprise reporting needsDesign and develop analytics solutions using non-Epic platforms, including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, when required, while applying consistent BI standards and best practicesWrite and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and scalabilityContribute to BI standards, best practices, and technical decision-making, and support mentorship and knowledge sharing within the analytics teamResearch emerging data warehouse and analytics technologies and assess their viability for enterprise adoptionSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (required; work experience may not substitute)6+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics development, or data warehousingStrong SQL development expertise, including complex query design, optimization, and performance tuning (SQL Server / SSMS required)Advanced experience with Epic Cogito, including Clarity and Caboodle data modelsEpic Cogito Fundamentals certification (required); additional Cogito certifications preferredExperience developing enterprise analytics in healthcare environments, with strong understanding of clinical and operational dataFamiliarity with SAP BusinessObjects, PowerInsight EDW, and healthcare reporting ecosystemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently on complex initiatives while contributing as a collaborative team memberExperience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BIBenefitsCompetitive payComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plansThe support of a dedicated team who will advocate for you every step of the wayCompany OverviewSeneca Resources is a staffling adn recruiting agency that delivers staffing solutions to organizations in need of top technical talent.
