[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager - CIPP

Manufactured Technologies Corporation (MTC) is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for Central Region in the United States. This role involves executing annual sales plans, developing sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the trenchless rehabilitation industry.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the execution of annual sales plans in the Central Region of the United StatesCultivate a comprehensive understanding of MTC products and services which include optimal Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) installation and long-term performance products and servicesIdentify, develop and close sales opportunities to help achieve its revenue and profit goalsWork with the MTC sales staff and leadership to conduct educational training and sales meetings with existing customers and prospects to maintain favorable business relationships with key accountsHelp get MTC technical specifications included in municipal bid documents when necessary; qualify leads for subsequent opportunities using Salesforce (our CRM tool)Prepare quotes and set pricing based on established price lists and guidance from leadershipAssist customers with product design questions, submittals, technical data and deliver prompt investigation of client concerns, providing solutions and/or referral to appropriate MTC staffGenerate market intelligence for capture in Salesforce and perform analysis of competitor products, services and pricingRoute customer orders and wetout requests to Customer Service teamReview MTC aging reports and assist with A/R collections when necessaryRepresent MTC at trade shows and/or professional organizationsProvide input into the development of future business plans, marketing communications and product portfolioRemain current on sales performance and provide sales reports including ongoing status reports to detail sales activity such as sales forecast and recent winsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Construction Management7 years related sales experience within the trenchless industry with CIPP product knowledgeSales and product installation work in the trenchless rehabilitation industry requiredMust be comfortable meeting sales activity and performance expectations with a genuine interest in serving customers, self-motivated, competitive and achievement oriented, and capable of working independently within a team structure while being supervised remotelyStrong interpersonal skills – good listener/communicator, problem solver and negotiatorMust be able to travel 50 to 75% of the timeMBA is preferredBenefitsCompetitive Salary plus Quarterly Sales Bonus PotentialCareer growth opportunitiesFull benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability and Life InsuranceMatching 401kPaid Travel Expenses, Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition AssistanceCompany OverviewThe leading provider of technology-enabled water solutions It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
