They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and strategic business growth across the United States, focusing on opportunities within telematics, fleet technology, and related IoT applications.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout the United States through prospecting, networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry eventsBuild and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise customers, fleet operators, system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and channel partnersEngage customers to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and deployment needs across a wide range of IoT applicationsDevelop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive stakeholdersLead opportunity qualification, discovery, and solution development in collaboration with technical and product teamsExpand existing partner networks and identify new channel, reseller, and integration opportunitiesMaintain an active pipeline and accurately manage opportunities within CRM systemsProvide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support product strategy and go-to-market initiativesRepresent Queclink at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and partner eventsCollaborate with global teams to support strategic growth initiatives and customer successSkills5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, channel sales, or strategic account management within IoT-related industriesProven success developing new business and generating revenue growth within the U.S. marketExperience in one or more of the following industries: Telematics, Fleet Management, Video Telematics, Asset Tracking, Industrial IoT, Connectivity Solutions, Industrial NetworkingStrong understanding of solution-based B2B sales and hardware-enabled technology solutionsExperience working with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, VARs, system integrators, or resellersDemonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage executive-level stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentCRM experience preferred (Salesforce preferred)Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experienceExperience selling IoT hardware, telematics devices, routers, gateways, video telematics solutions, or related technologiesExisting relationships within fleet management, transportation, logistics, construction, field services, or industrial sectorsExperience working with wireless carriers, telematics service providers, or technology distributorsFamiliarity with channel-driven sales models and partner-led growth strategiesBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentive planOpportunity to help drive growth across one of Queclink's most strategic marketsExposure to global customers, partners, and emerging IoT technologiesCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding global organizationCompensation will be determined based on experience, location, and internal equityCompany OverviewAt 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐖𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, we design and manufacture IoT hardware that powers smarter, safer, more connected industries.
