They are seeking a Senior Business and Data Analyst to serve as a strategic analytics partner, transforming complex data into actionable insights and influencing business strategy across the organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct advanced data analysis, mining, and trend identification to surface meaningful business insightsDevelop and maintain KPIs, performance management frameworks, and data quality standardsPerform root cause analysis, statistical hypothesis testing, and predictive and prescriptive analyticsOwn data governance and quality assessment practicesWrite and optimize complex SQL queries using CTEs, window functions, joins, and stored proceduresDesign and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehouse structuresPerform data validation, reconciliation, and transformation to ensure analytical accuracyMeasure and continuously improve forecast accuracy using trend analysis, seasonality analysis, and statistical methodologiesDevelop scenario models to support strategic decisionsDesign executive dashboards, scorecards, and interactive reports that tell a clear storyOwn QBR preparation and deliver findings directly to senior leadership, including the executive team. You will translate analytical work into business narratives that influence real decisions at the company levelBuild automated reporting solutions that scale across the organizationPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and align on prioritiesPresent technical analysis to C-suite leaders as business narratives and strategic recommendationsFacilitate meetings, lead cross-functional collaboration, and support change management initiativesSkillsAdvanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimizationExperience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Redshift, and DatabricksYou use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as a real part of your analytical workflow, not as a novelty.
