[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute by providing advanced analysis, research, and support for ERP software, ensuring data integrity and security across various locations.ResponsibilitiesServe as Product Owner of the ERP ecosystemAssist in the implementation of ERP software solutionsDefine solution specificationsStructure and prioritize business requirements and communicating plansConfigure ERP applications to meet organization requirementsProvide technical support for the ERP application and train users as requiredCollaborate with IT colleagues to provide system support, quick issue resolution, deployment, and implementation services leveraging common IT standardsIdentify the up and down-stream impacts of requests and mitigate risks accordinglyAnalyze current state processes, identify gaps, and make enhancement recommendationsCreate and maintain standalone and cross-functional documentationDocument business leader and end user requirements for application enhancements, new application development, process improvements, etc. including current/future state process flowsServe as the point of contact between business and software providers to drive usage and adoption across the organization. Responsible for rolling out, testing, and training associates on software useServe as the point-of-contact for software providers in resolving system issuesServe as IT project manager when required for projectsLeverage full technical expertise in solution developmentAnalyze and forecast the use of future software features and functionsAnalyze data and business processes to promote optimization opportunitiesIdentify success criteria for solutions/enhancement implementationDevelop test scenarios, test scripts, test plans, and coordinate their executionOwn platform testing criteria and understand what ‘good’ looks likeCoordinate production moves with IT and external groupsFacilitate software integrations between ERP and other software vendorsMonitor issues lists and prioritize requests/projects/updates on hold and in flightAdvise on and assist to develop policies, procedures, or training documentation for business systemsCollaborate with internal and external teams to optimize software workflowsFollow change management plansOccasional branch travel required in support of rollouts and field training effortsConduct periodic UARs (User Access Reviews)Perform system performance reviews and generate reports on inefficiencies and areas of improvementConduct research into complementary solutions as the market maturesWork independently, but in a cross-functional team environmentTravel as neededPartner with Toyota Material Handling corporate, across the dealer network landscape, internal Southern States Material Handling leadership, branch operations, and the internal Analytics team to foster a Kaizen, continuous improvement cultureAny other duties assigned as needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's ValuesSkills5 years working as a business analyst in a multi-site enterprise ERP environmentExtensive experience working with leading ERP software; MS Dynamics preferredExperience in software systems implementationsLight industrial or material handling industry exposure highly desirableStrong technical and analytical skills with knowledge of file systems, integration software, and systems applications requiredProven track record supporting remote, field, and back-office personnel requiredStrong collaboration skills and ability to work across functional teamsExceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skillsTask prioritization working on multiple engagements in a fast-paced environmentPossess critical thinking skillsDemonstrative project management skills and understanding of modern cloud computingStrong Microsoft Excel skillsBachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field requiredFamiliarity with IT standards such as html, ftp, cloud infrastructure preferredExposure to SharePoint and mobile computing hardware strongly preferredBenefits401(k) with company matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision InsurancePTO and VacationPaid HolidaysFlexible Spending AccountLife InsuranceTuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewSouthern States TOYOTAlift is a transportation company offering forklifts and lift trucks.
