They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze client business processes, identify requirements, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operationsAnalyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutionsConduct gap analyses to identify areas where current systems fall short of client needsCollaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practicesAssist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific client needsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standardsServe as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-inPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to enhance client business processes through the effective use of FSM solutionsRecommend best practices and innovative solutions to improve field service operations and efficiencyMonitor solution performance and suggest enhancements based on data analysis and client feedbackHands on experience writing detailed user stories, test cases and executing tests.
