They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process evaluation, and implementation of document management systems.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and strategic initiativesEvaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivityElicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifactsAnalyze enterprise content management needs and develop detailed requirements for document control systems that support X-energy's nuclear engineering, regulatory compliance, and operational workflowsEvaluate and recommend enterprise content management solutions that meet X-energy's unique requirements for organizing technical nuclear documentation while ensuring security and complianceLead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations.
