[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

This role involves transforming complex data into strategic recommendations and building scalable reporting solutions to drive visibility and improve key performance indicators.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and correlate large datasets across multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunitiesDevelop compelling, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvementsDesign, build, and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and tools to provide ongoing visibility into business performancePresent and defend findings to senior leadership, clearly articulating insights and recommended actionsPartner cross-functionally with business and technical teams to align data insights with organizational goalsSupport business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI modelingIdentify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiativesSkillsMinimum 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related fieldStrong track record of analyzing complex business problems and delivering actionable insightsAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience with business case development, including cost-benefit and ROI analysisAbility to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and recommendationsProven ability to effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong working knowledge of SQLExperience with Power BI for data visualization and reportingFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automationExperience with Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms such as Hyperion, ACCPAC, or equivalent)Strong proficiency within the Microsoft business ecosystemExperience with Brink's backend systemsKnowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with process mapping and process optimization techniquesComfortable operating at a Senior Manager level, with strong executive presenceAbility to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organizationProven experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teamsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and customer experienceCompany OverviewThe Brinkβs Company (NYSE:BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions (DRS), and ATM managed services (AMS).
