[Remote] Senior Building Enclosure Consultant / Project Manager

They are seeking a full-time Senior Building Enclosure Consultant and/or Project Manager to conduct enclosure analysis, manage building envelope installation, and oversee field testing for new construction and existing buildings.ResponsibilitiesPerform condition assessments of building enclosure systemsAct as an envelope commissioning project managerConduct or assist senior enclosure team members with design reviews for constructability and durabilityIdentify or confirm building enclosure issues/problems and present corrections/solutionsDevelop or assist with the development of enclosure commissioning specifications, checklists, quality standards, and project billing processOversee enclosure testing activities as performed by internal staff and/or contractors.
