[Remote] Senior BI Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior BI Business Analyst to lead the planning and delivery of analytics-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven strategies and improve user engagement.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Facilitate user research to enhance product features and drive adoption. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation based on business needsManage product requirements, backlogs, user stories, and delivery lifecycle using Azure DevOps, applying industry best practices to product strategy. Conduct product data discovery to uncover insights that inform decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements by leveraging technology innovation. Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support data-driven decisions and workflow automation using Databricks (SQL, Python etc.), Tableau, PowerBI for analytics pipelinesCoordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, BI and product teams to ensure timely execution. Facilitate project-specific meetings, monitor risks, align stakeholders, and track progress effectivelyServe as a subject matter expert on data analytics products and data modeling, offering guidance and support to internal teams through well-documented resources.
