[Remote] Senior Associate, US Marketing & Operations

In this role, you will manage core operational responsibilities while contributing to marketing initiatives and collaborating with various teams to drive strategic priorities and ensure successful project execution.ResponsibilitiesServe as project lead for indication and label update implementation across promotional and educational materialsMonitor label implementation activities and proactively resolve questions, risks, and stakeholder feedbackProactively track and manage label assets, ensuring version control and complianceLead coordination of creative refreshes and asset re-skins associated with approved label changesMaintain comprehensive tracking, documentation, and version control across impacted materialsPartner closely with MAC regulatory and legal teams to proactively address risks and ensure updates are completed ahead of required deadlinesOversee print fulfillment operations, including warehouse coordination and asset managementMaintain accurate inventory tracking across all materials (e.g., Client Parts)Manage operational and T3 inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendorsPartner directly with brand SPO to drive execution across high-priority business initiativesLead planning and execution of collaboration weeks, team engagement activities, and key meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and follow-up actionsEnable planning and execution of key launch readiness activities, partnering across functions to ensure successful delivery of business-critical milestonesTrack and execute key deliverables associated with device optimizationLead distribution of Sales Marketing CommunicationsDevelop executive-ready presentations and materials supporting strategic planning, leadership discussions, and key business initiativesManage comprehensive timelines and tracker of workstreams and priority projectsSupport organizational effectiveness through coordination of communications, recognition programs, onboarding materials, organizational resources, and other operational prioritiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and compliance standardsSupport execution of key field-facing initiatives, including Semester & FIT MeetingsServe as content owner as needed, guiding assets through MAC review and approvalSkillsMaster's degree and 1 year of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization ORBachelor's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization ORAssociate's Degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization ORHigh school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationSolid marketing acumen with a grasp of marketing strategy, market research, brand positioning, and tactical plan developmentStrong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levelsHighly adaptable with a growth mindset, thrives in fast-paced environment and embraces changeMotivated self-starterComfort engaging internally with field sales teams and externally with HCPsExperience with MAC review processes and partnering seamlessly across Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and ComplianceTrack record of disciplined budget managementCompany OverviewDale Workforce Solutions is a staffing and talent solution firm that provides staffing, on-demand consultation and payroll services.
