[Remote] Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

They are seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to lead cross-functional operational projects, improve processes, and drive operational readiness for new product launches.ResponsibilitiesIndependently own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through solution design, execution, and results measurementDrive operational readiness for new Consumer product and service line launches — partnering cross-functionally to define workflows, build support infrastructure, and execute an effective MVP while designing for scalability from the startDig into operational and member experience data to identify patterns, surface root causes, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partnersDesign, build, and iterate on internal processes, workflows, and tooling that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency for the Consumer Support and Consumer Provider teamPartner with Product teams to represent the voice of operations: flagging member pain points, defining requirements, and supporting launches of new features or programsDevelop and maintain reporting infrastructure that tracks operational health, identifies trends, and enables data-driven decision-making across the teamSkills2–5 years of experience in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical roleExperience at a startup or high-growth tech company; healthcare or consumer product experience a plus but not requiredStrong analytical instincts: you're comfortable digging into large datasets, building models in Excel or Google Sheets, and have experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)A track record of running projects end-to-end — you set the timeline, manage stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive to completionComfort operating in ambiguity: you can get started with an incomplete picture, make smart assumptions, and adjust as you learn moreA builder's mentality — you see a broken process and your first instinct is to fix it, not just document itClear, concise communication skills; you can distill complex problems into crisp summaries for both operational and executive audiencesHigh ownership and low ego — you take the work seriously, act with urgency, and are just as willing to do the unglamorous execution work as the strategic thinkingComfort and fluency with AI tools to improve operational workflows and create automation and efficiencyBenefitsEquityEmployer-covered health, dental, and insurance plan optionsMaven for Mavens: access to the full platform and specialists, including care for mental health, reproductive health, family planning and pediatrics.Whole-self care through wellness partnershipsHybrid work, in office meals, and work together days16 weeks 100% paid parental leave and new parent stipend (for Mavens who've been with us for 1 year+)Annual professional development stipend and access to a personal career coach through Maven for Mavens401K matching for US-based employees, with immediate vestingCompany OverviewMaven is a digital health platform that works with health plans and employers to offer virtual services for women’s and family health.
