[Remote] Senior Application Analyst (Finance)

The Senior Application Analyst (Finance) will partner with Finance Directors to analyze work processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure the integrity of financial data systems, with a focus on Lawson's EFM and EAM modules.ResponsibilitiesThis position partners with Finance Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilitiesThe Financial Systems Analyst ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and can work effectively with peers to meet technology prioritiesThis position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Lawson's Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) and Asset Management (EAM) Modules and will serve as a IT point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunitiesThe Financial Systems Analyst also supports Lawson upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in business administration or accounting or finance related field or equivalent work experience requiredProject Management experience will be a plusAbility to travel up to 50%Proven hands-on experience of Lawson EFM system or Equivalent ERP system implementation experience in a healthcare setting requiredProven hands-on experience of Lawson/Infor financial modules including but not limited to General Ledger, GL Cost Allocation, Project Activity and Accounting, Accounts Payable & Accounts receivable, Invoice Matching, Report writer (GL Report writer), Asset Management, Cash Management is a mustFinancial Reporting, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and frame work), and Lawson Add-ins required5 plus years of Lawson financial systems full life cycle implementation experience is requiredAbility to define Process flows for Infor Process Automation is requiredNeed to be able to define the Lawson security roles for the finance module and work closely with security admin in implementing themExperience in integrating Lawson Finance modules with other Lawson modules like SCM and HCM is requiredExperience integrating Lawson finance modules with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems billing modules is requiredHands on experience of integration with On-Base Document Management System is requiredHands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies requiredThorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPointProven experience with Lawson EFM modules ends user support and troubleshooting is a mustEffective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skillsAt least Five (5) years of job-related experience in a healthcare environmentSix (6) plus years of hands on IT systems/Technology experienceBenefitsPaid time offA 401K retirement planMedical, dental, and vision coverageTuition reimbursementMany more voluntary benefit optionsCompany OverviewAbout Prime Healthcare and Prime Healthcare Foundation: Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system operating 54 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient locations in 15 states, providing over 3.0 million patient visits annually.
