They are seeking a Senior API Integration Engineer specializing in Wealth Management and Financial Services to design and implement secure integration solutions that connect modern and legacy financial platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop secure RESTful APIs and integration solutions across financial platforms and enterprise systemsBuild and maintain integrations between Pershing, Salesforce, Snowflake, and legacy environments such as AS400Develop backend services primarily using Python and FastAPIHelp define API standards including authentication, authorization, versioning, and error handlingConsume and expose structured data from Snowflake and virtualized data layersCollaborate with data and AI teams to support downstream analytics and AI-driven featuresEnsure integrations meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards expected in financial services environmentsCommunicate technical solutions, trade-offs, and risks clearly to both technical and business stakeholdersWork closely with distributed teams in a fast-paced consulting environmentSkillsStrong experience within Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, or Financial Services environmentsProven expertise designing and developing API integrations in complex enterprise ecosystemsHands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for backend and integration developmentExperience integrating modern cloud platforms with legacy systemsUnderstanding of secure data handling and compliance requirements in regulated environmentsExperience working with platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Pershing, or similar financial systemsFamiliarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments and infrastructure automation tools like TerraformStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teamsA proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive solutions forwardExperience supporting data accessibility and integration initiatives for analytics or AI-enabled products is a plusExperience with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platformsExposure to AI/ML-enabled data workflows or integrations supporting AI initiativesExperience integrating AS400 / IBM i legacy systemsFamiliarity with Denodo, DBT, or data virtualization conceptsExperience working within regulated financial environments subject to SEC, FINRA, or SOC2 requirementsKnowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systemsPrevious experience working in consulting or client-facing environmentsCompany OverviewWe are a technology consulting partner focused on digital innovation and business transformation.
