The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations will drive the systems and data infrastructure that support the company's hiring processes, ensuring efficient recruiting operations in a high-growth environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize the ATS (Ashby), including workflow configuration, automation, data integrity, and reporting architectureBuild and maintain recruiter capacity models that translate hiring plans into staffing recommendations and resource allocationDesign and deliver dashboards and analytics that inform recruiting strategy for leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements that increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experiencePartner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency and systems interoperability across the talent technology stackSkills4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownershipStrong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools)Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environmentAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of systems changesBenefitsOffers EquityOffers BonusCompany OverviewHarvey provides AI-driven tools to assist legal professionals with research, document review, and contract analysis.
