The Senior Analyst - Path to Value will support financial operations, develop budgets, and identify areas for financial improvement while collaborating with leadership to enhance business performance.ResponsibilitiesWorks independently while partnering with Division Vice Presidents and their management teams to regularly measure and improve business performanceServes as professional support for all aspects of the business for the Division Vice President and Regional Operations DirectorPerforms real-time financial and operating analysis on current financial results, operating statistics, metrics, and other operating data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improved performanceMaintains excellent communication with supervisors, operations management personnel, and home office personnelRegularly prepares variance analyses of operating income statements and provides management with recommendations for operating improvementsReviews weekly projections from the home office budgeting department and provides feedback prior to weekly releaseActively participates in Monthly Operations Review meetingsActively participates in the annual budget process related to operating budgets for all respective divisionsSkillsHealthcare experience3+ years of accounting or finance experienceProficiency in modern accounting software platforms and databases, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applicationsProven excellent analytical and technical financial skills with the ability to quickly identify and evaluate business risks and apply appropriate resolution techniquesProven high level of motivation with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on timeProven highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade through credibility, integrity, and professionalismProven ability to work collaboratively with other management personnel to achieve high levels of operating performanceProven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersPost-acute health care experienceBenefitsA comprehensive benefits packageIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Company OverviewWe’re evolving health care so everyone can have the opportunity to live their healthiest life.
