They are seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM & Operations to support advertising partner programs by coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing operational workflows to ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverablesCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to support program execution and readinessTrack project deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomesManage inbound ticketing partner incentive requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-upCollaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new featuresDevelop and maintain program documentation, reporting, and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communicationsAnalyze operational data to identify trends, surface insights, and contribute recommendations to improve program performance and efficiencySupport process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement effortsAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career development opportunitiesSkills5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a technology environmentExperience supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technical teamsStrong project coordination skills, including tracking deliverables, managing risks, and supporting issue resolutionHands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including deal tracking, lead/opportunity management, and partner workflowsExperience managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process issuesExperience supporting GTM launches or operational program rolloutsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building reports or dashboardsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field requiredExperience with deal registration programs, partner incentives, or sales operations functionsFamiliarity with enterprise sales processes, including partner-led and direct sales motionsExperience working in large-scale, global, or matrixed organizationsExposure to Deal Desk, incentives programs, or sales process optimizationExperience collaborating with Engineering, Product, or Data teams on system enhancementsBenefitsComprehensive medical benefitsA 401k planPaid holidaysMedical, dental, vision, life insurancePaid holidays401K + matchingNetworking & career learning and development programsCompany OverviewitD is a different kind of technology and software development consultancy that puts client needs at the center of what we do.
