Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Analyst - Data Infrastructure to lead the development of a robust data infrastructure supporting value-based healthcare insights. This role involves designing systems for data integrity, enabling self-service analytics, and fostering informed decision-making through collaboration with IT and analytics teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data systems and workflows to support organizational analytical needsCollaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources into centralized infrastructureMaintain and enhance data pipelines to ensure real time access to reliable informationDevelop analytical reports and dashboards to uncover trends and actionable insights in healthcare dataCreate advanced data visualizations that enable stakeholders to understand complex data quickly and effectivelyLeverage domain knowledge in value-based healthcare to identify key metrics and areas for analysisValidate and reconcile general reporting data across the organizationCreate and maintain reporting in compliance with CMS and FHP policies, including ad-hoc reports and automation of manual reporting processes to enhance efficiencyIdentify discrepancies and risks in data, conducting root cause analyses to recommend and implement remediation stepsPrepare files and materials for internal and external regulatory auditsEnsure data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycleCollaborate with departments to prepare required materials and ensure clear communication of findings and recommendationsProvide guidance to junior staff and escalate higher-level issues to senior management as neededAssist with various cross-departmental projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of organizational initiativesSkillsMaster's degree in Information Systems, Bioinformatics or closely related field and two (2) years of professional business analyst experience within the value-based healthcare industry with a focus on care management processes or, in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree in the same and four (4) years of professional business analyst experience within the value based healthcare industry with a focus on care management processesTwo (2) years of experience in performing data analytics and visualization using: PowerBI, MSSQL, and speak and understand Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)Utilizing InContact reporting data and Salesforce HealthcloudAutomating data workflows and implementing efficienciesWorking with database management systems and ETL ProcessesPerforming collaboration and project management using Jira, Git, SharePoint, and ConfluenceDatabase and query optimization with MSSQL (including CTEs, Windows Functions, Stored Procedures, and Cube/Rollup)Presenting to clients and cross functional teamsWorking with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAACompany OverviewFresenius Medical Care is a healthcare company that provides dialysis treatment for those with chronic kidney diseases.
