They are seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the rollout of a structured skills framework and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement AI-enabled processes across the business.ResponsibilitiesLead the rollout of a structured “skills” framework, enabling reusable and shareable prompt-based assets across the organisationDesign and implement the operating model for creating, maintaining and governing AI skills and super promptsCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and data engineers to drive alignment and adoptionApply experience with Claude skills and agent-based frameworks to shape scalable prompt and workflow designEstablish best practices for prompt engineering, including the development and use of advanced super promptsDrive change management activity to embed new AI-enabled processes across multiple teamsSkillsStrong experience operating as a senior analyst or similar, leading cross-functional initiativesProven experience implementing agent skills using tools such as Claude, with a solid understanding of how skills frameworks are structured and deployedHands-on experience designing and deploying super prompts or equivalent reusable prompt patternsAbility to codify business knowledge into structured, scalable AI artefactsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence across teamsExposure to working alongside data engineering or AI teams in a delivery environmentCompany OverviewHarnham has actively chosen to focus on Data and Analytics.
