[Remote] Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to strategically scale and optimize Amazon as a major revenue engine, focusing on building long-term growth strategies and enhancing storefront experiences. Responsibilities • Build and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy • Identify catalog expansion opportunities and category leadership plays • Drive keyword dominance and organic ranking improvements • Develop revenue forecasts, inventory plans, and promotional calendars • Build long-term scaling roadmaps aligned with company growth targets • Lead optimization of product listings (copy, A+ content, imagery, video) • Partner with design to improve creative performance and conversion rates • Continuously test and iterate to improve CVR and session growth • Maintain a best-in-class branded storefront experience • Oversee Amazon PPC strategy across all campaigns • Optimize TACOS, ACOS, and contribution margin • Align paid strategy with organic growth and ranking improvements • Ensure disciplined spend allocation and clear ROI targets • Coordinate closely with supply chain to prevent stockouts and excess inventory • Ensure pricing, promotions, and positioning align with broader brand strategy • Improve reporting visibility and channel-level accountability • Align Amazon channel strategy with Ecommerce and Growth teams • Lead internal Amazon team members and/or agency partners • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks • Improve workflows, reporting cadence, and execution standards Skills • Experience leading or managing 9-figure Amazon storefronts • Internal brand-side experience (not solely agency background) • Proven history of scaling Amazon revenue while maintaining profitability • Strong expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and operational planning • Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration Benefits • Competitive salary. • Work with fast-scaling, premium brands • Fully remote role with a dynamic, growth-driven team • Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement Company Overview • Paired is a leading headhunting agency that specializes in sourcing and recruiting top creative and design talent from overseas.
