TechClub Inc is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Architect to lead the architecture and evolution of a global Amazon Connect contact center platform. This role involves designing highly available architectures, managing complex integrations, and driving AI enablement while ensuring production stability and compliance with enterprise standards.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary architect & SME for Amazon Connect across multiple global regionsDesign and maintain highly available, region isolated architectures (Prod / Dev / Lab / Sandbox)Architect and manage complex IVR/contact flows (100+ flows) using DynamoDB + Lambda orchestrationLead integrations with:ServiceNow CTI (CTA)AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, RedshiftLex, Polly, Contact LensWebRTC voice/video channelsDrive AI enablement (Contact Lens, Agent Assist, conversational AI, GenAI POCs)Ensure security, IAM, compliance, and audit alignment with enterprise standardsOwn production stability, incident analysis, and resiliency improvementsLead global KT sessions, mentor engineering and operations teamsPartner with AWS, client stakeholders, and leadership on roadmap, cost optimization, and innovationsSkills10+ years overall experience in Contact CenterDeep, hands on Amazon Connect experience (architecture + production)Strong AWS serverless experience: Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3Proven ServiceNow CTI integration experienceExperience supporting enterprise, multi region contact center platformsAbility to operate as a client facing architect & escalation pointAmazon Connect AI (Contact Lens, Agent Assist, sentiment, QA analytics)WebRTC or digital channel integrationsAWS cost optimization and pricing model knowledgeExperience working with AWS TAMs / solution architectsAmazon Connect Communications SpecialistAmazon Connect DeveloperAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)Company OverviewTechClub renders avant-garde IT solutions to corporations.
