[Remote] Senior Allocation Analyst

In this role, you will manage inventory levels and develop allocation strategies to optimize sales and profitability for assigned merchandise categories.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with buyers and planners to develop and communicate a comprehensive assortment planning and allocation strategy that aligns financial and product goals by category or departmentManage the “pre-receiving” review of styles to ensure allocations to the stores are in line with the assortment and allocation planSupport creation of clustering by class and/or product category for assortment planning and allocation purposesAnalyze store attributes to understand specific market/store needs utilizing data to drive market segment purchases and allocationsReview inventory levels and store rankings by department/sub-department/class and develop strategies to optimize inventory with new receipts and replenishmentPerform in-season and post-season analysis to identify future opportunitiesParticipate in decisions regarding minimum buys, packing guidelines and allocation maximums per itemBuild and manage New Store opening assortments based on sales and inventory targetsOwn the operational functions and execution of replenishmentCollaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledgeDevelop and foster effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teamProvide ad-hoc analysis and additional responsibilities as requiredSkills2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretationTechnically proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with planning systems and BI tools preferredAbility to transfer data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and continuous improvementBenefitsCompetitive compensation, 401k with company matching contribution, plus potential to earn company performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive wellness package including, medical, dental, vision, and Flexible Spending AccountGenerous 50% employee discount and access to employee-only sales.We pay you up to 32 hours annually for volunteering your time in the community.Tuition reimbursement programEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) - Aimed at helping employees address a variety of personal and family issues including legal financial consultations, mental health services and more.Discounts on cell phones, and computer purchases, entertainment tickets and more.Pet insurance for your fur babies.Work and learn alongside industry-leading executives while making huge strides in impacting the lives of women.You’ll be challenged and grow.
