The Senior AI Prompt Writer is responsible for the development and execution of AI-driven solutions within the residential real estate division, crafting sophisticated prompts and overseeing the design of advanced agents to enhance operational efficiency and optimize customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing residential real estate systems and operational processesEnsure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulationsEnsure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and proceduresServe as a primary contact for delivery team questions; provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionAssist in defining and refining acceptance criteria and success measures for backlog tickets to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment to expected outcomesPerform quality assurance (QA) reviews of delivery team work; identify trends, document findings, and recommend corrective actions and process improvementsServe as a designated back-up for the VP during absences or as assigned; ensure continuity of operations and timely communication with stakeholdersRepresent team standards and processes in meetings and working sessions; ensure guidance and decisions are documented and communicated to the teamCoordinate with the VP, stakeholders and relevant partner teams to support project planning, execution and end-to-end testingExecute high-impact AI use cases in areas such as automation of existing services and products, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiencyMaintain and continuously improve delivery team training documentation, job aids and process referencesPlan and execute onboarding and ongoing training for the delivery team, ensuring consistent understanding of standards, workflows, and quality expectationsPartner with the Training department to design and launch formal training curricula when appropriate; gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and support rollout and adoptionOther activities as may be assigned by your managerSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalentStrategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategyExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience as a subject matter expert or trainer imbedded in a delivery teamStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service developmentAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersA strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC's guiding principlesReal estate experience preferred, but not requiredBenefitsDiscretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approvalPTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policiesAll full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plansCompany OverviewSitusAMC provider of consulting, outsourcing, talent and technology solutions, supporting institutional lenders and investors.
