[Remote] Senior AI Behavioral Intelligence Analyst (Crypto)

They are seeking a Senior AI Behavioral Intelligence Analyst to focus on user interactions with crypto assets and leverage AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, safety, and user experience.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze user behavior across wallet and exchange flows
ā¢ Identify behavioral patterns related to risk, hesitation and poor decisions
ā¢ Interpret AI-generated behavioral insights and validate their usefulness
ā¢ Detect early warning signs of user confusion or risky behavior
ā¢ Translate behavioral intelligence into product recommendations
ā¢ Support product teams with clear, behavior-driven insights
ā¢ Help define how AI guidance is presented to users in sensitive moments
Skills
ā¢ Experience in behavioral analysis, analytics or user intelligence roles
ā¢ Strong understanding of crypto products, wallets and user decision flows
ā¢ Hands-on experience working with AI-powered analytics or insight tools
ā¢ Ability to interpret complex behavioral data and extract clear insights
ā¢ Strong written communication skills in English
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
ā¢ Background in fintech, crypto or trading platforms is a strong plus
