[Remote] Senior Agentic AI Developer / Data Scientist - Remote / Telecommute

The role involves developing and deploying AI frameworks, managing ML lifecycles, and collaborating in a development environment. Skills • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT). • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, including vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval logic. • Hands-on experience with Databricks in the following areas. • Delta tables. • Workspaces. • Model training using Databricks. • ML lifecycle management. • Deployment in Databricks GPU instances. • Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP, email/document parsing, and LLM integration. • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data models, and workflow automation. • Familiarity with security operations, request management, and SLA tracking. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment. • Experience with LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, and prompt engineering. • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administrative workflows. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and secure API development. • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
