Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking a Senior AEP/AJOTechno-Functional Consultant to design and implement Adobe Experience Platform solutions. The role involves configuring and managing Adobe Journey Optimizer, developing XDM schemas, and integrating AEP with various systems to enhance customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutionsConfigure and manage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys, audiences, offers, and decisioning capabilitiesDevelop and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer ProfilesConfigure data ingestion pipelines using batch and streaming methodologiesImplement identity resolution and profile stitching strategiesDesign audience segmentation and activation workflowsIntegrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems such as CRM, CDP, ERP, Data Warehouses, and Marketing Automation platformsConfigure destinations and activation channels for personalized customer engagementTroubleshoot data quality, segmentation, and journey orchestration issuesCollaborate with architects, developers, and data engineers to ensure scalable and secure solutionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in MarTech, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Customer Data Platforms4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)3+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer experience ecosystemsExperience with XDM (Experience Data Model), Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, and Segmentation ServiceStrong knowledge of customer journey orchestration and personalization strategiesExperience integrating Adobe solutions with enterprise applications and data platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsCompany OverviewVidorra Consulting is a Software Consulting firm with strong focus on niche areas of Robotics Process Automation, Analytics & Data Integration and Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA).
